Our Management & Administration Team
Our team comprises of Practice Manager, Medical Secretary, Prescription Clerks and Receptionists. They ensure the smooth operation of the practice and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing prescriptions, and relaying messages between patients and doctors. They handle numerous communications and input medical data into the system. Your patience, courtesy, and cooperation are appreciated as they strive to provide excellent assistance.
Pharmacy Team
We have dedicated team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who oversees every facet of your medication management. They provide comprehensive guidance and assistance, covering proper administration, potential side effects, and precautions. Collaborating closely with our GPs, our pharmacists ensure you receive optimal care. They play a vital role in managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, conducting medication reviews, monitoring treatment effectiveness, and offering educational resources and self-management strategies.
You may receive an appointment with a pharmacist for various purposes, including long-term condition reviews, blood pressure assessments, medication reviews, and medication advice.
Our Wellbeing Team
Your Wellbeing Team – Here to Help
Not everything that affects our wellbeing needs a prescription. Our Wellbeing Team offers support shaped around one simple question: “What matters to me?”
If you’re living with low mood, stress, financial worries, poor housing, a long-term condition, or just finding things difficult – we’re here to help. Research shows that getting involved in the community, learning new skills, volunteering, or light exercise can really boost your wellbeing and confidence.
With nearly 40 years of combined experience, we offer support over a 12-week period – at home, over the phone, or in the community – wherever you feel most comfortable. Together, we’ll create a personalised Support Plan to help you reach your goals and connect with local services and activities.
Who We Are
Our team includes:
Two Social Prescribers, who focus on improving emotional and social wellbeing. They can support you with things like:

- ✅ Reducing loneliness

One Care Co-ordinator, who supports people living with long-term physical health conditions. This role is especially helpful if you’ve recently been diagnosed or are finding it hard to manage day-to-day. They can assist with:
